It is National Baking Week!

Rumor has it….it is also national baking week! I am guessing that when one uses the word “national” all must respond? My inner discernment had already suspected this as my weekend in the kitchen was without doubt the opening act for this week’s rumor and baking number. I do uncomfortably admit, 8 pounds of “empty” butter wrappers were left behind…..eeek! And, I am certain 8 rolls of paper towels as well. I am a fool for all white paper towels. They somehow bring me peace and function in the kitchen. Odd, I know!
